Type LC petroleum & chemical pump is a kind of centrifugal pump of single stage, horizontal and cantilevered style. It is the latest generation of petroleum & chemical flow pump after several years’ studies and development on the basis of absorbing advanced technology of similar products from home and overseas, with modern design means and CFD software analysis. Reasonable construction, excellent performance and high reliability.

The pump is widely used in petroleum & chemical industry, refinery plant, chemical industry, paper making industry, environmental protection projects and seawater treatment and special temperature and anti-corrosive required fields.

Working temperature: standard products are suitable under-80～+200℃,when the temperature is over 200℃,please point out in the order.
Delivering medium: all kinds of liquid(salt solution or chemical raw material)or liquid containing fine particles, as the diameter of the particles is more than 0.1mm, please point out in the order.

6)      Adopting heavy duty bracket, when the temperature is over 250℃, adopting compulsive cooling, good stability and high reliability.
7)      Adopting diaphragm coupling, easy installment and maintenance.
8)      Mechanical seal or packing seal can be chosen, if choosing mechanical seal which is good for environment protection and no leakage.
9)      There are many kinds of flow parts materials, and the material can be decided according to working condition.
10)   Wide application range and performance range.

LC pump series was jointly designed by the national pump industry as per ISO , and it mainly consists of body , impeller , seal ring , impeller nut , pump bonnet , sealing element , intermediate support , shaft , suspension bracket , etc .
Structural feature of pump ( see Fig .1):
The pump ' s structural feature is : its bonnet is fixed on the intermediate support through a rabbet and clamped in between through the coupling between its body and the intermediate support rabbet ; its body adopts axial suction and radial discharge , and with a foot support type , it can be fixed directly on the base . The suspension component is fixed on the intermediate support through a rabbet and supported on the base with a suspension support . For easy disassembly , it ' s designed with a lengthened coupling so that it ' s unnecessary to disassemble inlet and outlet connecting pipelines , the pump body and the motor but just the intermediate connector of the lengthened coupling to unload the rotor part for overhaul . This is a universal structural type in the world .
