Product usage：
WQ ( QW.WQK ) series submersible sewage pump applicable to transport containing solids and fiber of sewage or clean water .
Service conditions：
1.WQ ( QW ) series products in the rated voltage is 380 V , power frequency for 50 Hz when used.
2.the temperature of the medium no more than 40℃, medium density ≤1150 kg /m3, PH value in 5~9range.

3.the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
4.transport medium viscosity not super 1000 CP.
5.products work operation must be completely submerged , but shall not be more than 10 m diving depth.
6.the product material basically is cast iron , can not be used in strong corrosive or containing the corrosive medium.

	1: There is a leakage detection probe in the pump junction cavity, when there is a leakage, the probe sends a signal, and the control system protects the LBPV sewage pump.
	2: The machine seal adopts a unique double-sided machine seal, which is in the closed oil chamber for a long time to ensure that the LBPV sewage pump is safe and reliable for a long time.
	3: The motor is equipped with a leak-proof alarm, and the water enters the motor to automatically alarm and stop.
	4:High quality stainless steel sleeve is installed on the motor casing to form a unique circulating cooling system, which ensures the LBPV sewage pump to work normally at the lowest water level of the pool and further clean the pool medium.
	5: The machine seal adopts a unique double-sided machine seal, which is in a closed oil chamber for a long time to ensure that the LBPV sewage pump is safe and reliable for a long time.
	6: The oil chamber is equipped with oil-water probe, when the machine seal is damaged, the water enters the oil chamber, the probe sends a signal, and the control system protects the LBPV sewage pump.
	7: The hydrodynamic seal of the auxiliary impeller structure has the auxiliary sealing function to protect the mechanical seal, balance the axial force and prolong the service life of the bearing, so that the users of the LBPV sewage pump can be assured to use.
	8: The unique "double-channel cut-off non-clogging impeller" structure can discharge the long fibers in the sewage after cutting off, greatly improving the sewage discharge capacity of the sewage sludge.
